If the button is not pressed or the medication is not taken, a light and sound signal follows after 10 and 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, Thelma automatically sends a notification to the linked Alarm Service Provider or via the Nurse Call System (VOS) to the healthcare institution. <\/p>
