Thelma does not turn on

Try placing Thelma closer to a window or an area with good mobile reception.
How do I restart Thelma?
Thelma can be switched off via the menu. After switching off, unplug the device and plug it back in. Thelma will now start up automatically.
The screen displays: “No medication information available”
Check whether the medication roll is correctly placed.
The screen displays: “No roll installed”
Check whether the medication roll is correctly placed.
No medication is dispensed when I press the button
Remove and reinsert the medication roll.
The screen is very dark
The screensaver is on; touch the screen.
Thelma no longer turns on, but I want to remove the medication roll
There is a small hole on the lid of the Thelma, which allows you to unlock the lid using the provided pin.
